  • What are the class times?

    We offer CrossFit classes in the mornings and evenings Monday through Friday, as well as Saturday mornings.

  • How much do memberships cost?

    Please reference the Pricing   page for your membership options.

  • Will I be locked in a contract?

    You can choose between a discounted "3-month contract", or a "no long-term contract" option depending on your membership needs. Memberships with "No long-term contracts" renew every 4 weeks with a 28 day notice for cancellations if you decide CrossFit Cervus isn't for you. Memberships with a discounted rate for commitment are paid in full up front and renew every 12 weeks.

  • What if I'm new to CrossFit?

    Some gyms just throw you into classes in a "sink or swim, we'll teach you as you go" environment. We understand this can be intimidating for some. So we developed our On-Ramp program, which is a series of personal training sessions where we teach you all of the movements you need to know, allowing you to practice them over and over under the watchful eye of a highly skilled trainer. Once you graduate On-Ramp (typically your first 2 weeks) you move on to group fitness classes completely prepared to get right into it. We discuss this process in further detail during our meeting.

  • Isn't CrossFit intense? Do I need to already be in shape to start?

    You do not need to be in shape to start at CrossFit Cervus. You move at your own pace and our coaches show you how to do it safely and effectively. What you want is the only thing that matters. If you want intense, you'll get intense. If not, then we'll teach you how to scale back and still get results. 

  • What if I have previous injuries?

    During our initial meeting we discuss all of your previous injuries. Then during your On-Ramp experience we identify any poor movement patterns and teach you modifications for every exercise to keep you moving safely while still making progress.

  • How busy are the classes?

    We limit all of our classes to 12 people so that each member gets proper attention during the session. Reservations are managed through an app on your phone.

  • Can I try a class to see if I like it?

    Yes, drop-ins are $20 (+ taxes). Submit your information in the form below and we'll contact you about the process to register for classes. If you sign up that day we will credit the drop-in fee on the first membership bill.
